“Partner” refers to a restaurateur or a restaurant establishment that collaborates with Kind table. By partnering with Kind table, restaurateurs have the opportunity to effectively present their establishments to a wider audience and enhance the visibility and appeal of their dining experiences.
“Partner Content” refers to elements of the restaurant page provided to Kind table by the restaurateur or which the restaurateur has authorised Kind table to load onto the Kind table site, such as food and beverage prices, average price of a meal, restaurant availability, menu, calendar, photos of the restaurant.
“User” refers to an individual who actively engages with the Kind table Platform by providing various elements known as “User Content.” As a User, you have the opportunity to share your thoughts, opinions, and experiences through these different mediums, enriching the overall content and community of the Kind table site. Your active participation helps create a diverse and dynamic environment where Users can connect, share, and learn from one another.
“User Content” refers to all the elements provided by a User on the Kind table site, including text, document, image, photo, review or right of reply.
Acceptance of Terms
Users declare and acknowledge having fully read these Terms of Use. By using any of the services offered on the Kind table site, Users unconditionally accept to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our Platform.
Description of Service
Kind table provides a Platform that allows you to book restaurants online and receive exclusive deals. We do not own or operate any of the restaurants listed on our Platform, but we do work with our Partners to offer you great dining experiences.
Use of the Kind table Platform
Kind table is intended for personal use only. You agree not to use our website for any commercial purposes. You must be 18 years of age or older to use our website. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use Kind table with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details. You must give us your real name, phone number, email address and any other details that we may require to process your booking. We reserve the right to decline a new customer registration or suspend a customer’s account at any time and at our sole discretion.
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, you are authorised to view and download our website for your personal use only. Kind table may change, suspend or discontinue the website at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content. Kind table may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of this website without notice or liability.
Member Conduct
When using Kind table, you must comply with the following rules:
- Do not share any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or objectionable material.
- Do not transmit content that encourages criminal behavior, leads to civil liability, or violates any applicable laws, regulations, or codes of practice.

- Do not disrupt or interfere with others’ use or enjoyment of the Kind table Platform.

- Do not interfere with or disrupt networks or websites connected to the Kind table Platform.

- Do not engage in harmful activities, including computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, corrupted data, or other malicious software or harmful data.
Kind table reserves the right to refuse to post material on the Platform or to remove material already posted.
Termination of Access and Service
We reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to our Platform, with or without notice and with no liability to you, if we believe that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws, regulations or codes of practice. We may also discontinue the Kind table Platform, or any part thereof, at any time, with or without notice. We may change the Kind table Platform or delete features in any way, at any time and for any reason.
Bookings
By making a booking through the Kind table Platform, you agree to the terms and conditions of the Partner, as well as any specific terms and conditions related to the deal you have booked. Please read these carefully before making a booking.
The applicable booking fees will be displayed on the Platform at the time of booking.
Kind table provides a Platform for Users to book restaurants and receive deals and discounts. However, we do not guarantee the availability of any restaurant or the accuracy of the information provided by the Partner.
Kind table is not responsible for any issues that arise from restaurant bookings, including but not limited to cancellations, changes in reservation times, or incorrect billing.
Kind table is not responsible for any issues that arise from dining at the restaurant, including but not limited to food quality, service, or safety.
Your reservation confirmation will be delivered to you by email. Please present the reservation confirmation (on your phone or printed out) at the specified restaurant on the date and time of your booking.
Bookings are not transferable to another restaurant, date, or time.
Kind table reserves the absolute right to cancel and refund any confirmed booking resulting from an error or incorrect information presented on the website.

Deals and Discounts
Kind table offers deals and discounts at participating restaurants. However, we do not guarantee the availability of any deal or discount.
Kind table is not responsible for any issues that arise from the use of deals or discounts, including but not limited to, incorrect billing or restrictions on use.
The Kind table offer will not be upheld, and your booking fee will be forfeited if more than the number of persons stated on your confirmation attend the reservation.
You are entitled to the Kind table offer, as detailed in the Terms and Conditions of the specified restaurant, at the date and time shown. Any applicable service charges will be calculated on the whole bill and are not subject to the Kind table offer.
The Kind table offer cannot be combined with any other offers, in-house specials, drink specials, discounts or promotions unless otherwise specified by the Partner.
Deals are to be purchased for dine-in purposes only.
The Partner Content displayed on the Platform may not be current.
If the User and all their guests do not show up at the restaurant within 15 minutes of the reserved time, the Partner may choose not to apply the promotional offer associated with the reservation.
Payment
All payments for bookings made through the Kind table Platform are processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit cards. Please note that some deals may require a full payment in advance, a deposit or payment upon arrival at the restaurant.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations are permitted, but all booking fees are non-refundable. Some venues may explicitly have a specific cancellation policy, of which some may take a non-refundable deposit. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service team.
No Shows
The User and their guests must arrive at the venue at the time booked. Failure to arrive at a restaurant within 15 minutes of the reserved time may result in the restaurant allocating some or all of your seats to other customers.
Please make sure that you update or cancel your reservation if your plans change in a timely manner.
Donations
Thank you for considering donating to Kind Table! We appreciate your support and generosity.
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Once you have made a donation to Kind table, it cannot be refunded. All donations made are final.
Donations are not tax-deductible. Kind table is not a registered charity or non-profit organization, so any donations made to us are not tax-deductible.
Donations will be used at the discretion of Kind table.
We will not share your personal information. Any personal information you provide during the donation process will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
By making a donation, you agree to these terms and conditions. By clicking the “Donate” button and completing the donation process, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

Intellectual Property
All content and materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, on the Kind table Platform are the property of Kind table Ltd and are protected by trademark and copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on Kind table without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Kind table provides its Platform “as is” and without any warranty or condition, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on our Platform, nor do we endorse any restaurant listed on our Platform.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Kind table be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses. Kind table is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or consequential damages, arising from the use of our website or the inability to use our website. Kind table is not liable for any damages arising from the use of restaurant bookings or deals and discounts offered on our website.
Modification of Terms
Kind table reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our Platform after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
